What's New in Version 1.0.3
- Mobile cheque deposit improvements
- Session expiration fixes
Latest update is horrible
App is slow, you're never sure if it's actually working.
Electronic cheque deposit rarely works now! Either camera doesn't open, says it failed, or to try again later but when you do it says it's already deposited, yet really isn't. Frustrating!
App times out when you are on the middle of a chat.
Please do better testing before your next release!
App doesn't work as well as it used to
The app takes a while to load which is annoying. My biggest issue since the update is the problems with depositing cheques. The camera doesn't work. Please fix!
Unacceptable Quality for a Banking App
A poor quality app by any standards, unacceptable from a financial institution.
How can I be confident in the behind the scenes security when simple programming 101 concepts aren't adhered to? The app doesn't even give any feedback when you attempt to login, there is literally no response once you hit enter/login.
It doesn't get any better once you login.
- user feedback issues continue
- transactions fail without telling you why
Finally Touch ID should be standard in every app requiring a login of any importance.
