Needs to be updated
FirstOntario needs to spend a bit of money to get this app up to par. Was unable to transfer/pay bills between accounts (chequing to visa/LOC), called the 1-800 number and they told me to uninstall the app and reinstall it. I tried that and now I can’t log in at all. Says the “Member #” is incorrect. The operator then said “sorry” and to try again later. It’s been over a week. When will I be able to check my accounts?! Seriously, get it together guys.
Just use the website via Computer
This app is utter garbage. The employees always tell me to uninstall the app and reinstall or, wait until it fixes itself.
Just fix your app. Just do it. It literally has less than 3 stars. I’ve been complaining about this app for years and when I bring up how terrible it is your bank tellers tell me they’ve “never heard someone complain about it.” That’s just downright not true.
- Fails to load half the time
-Logs you out
-Tells you your correct banking info is incorrect
-Is slow / very laggy, ALWAYS.
I just can’t believe it’s been 3-4 years and nothing is being done about this.
Latest update broke the app
After the last update I can’t login in to my account. I get an invalid request error every time.
