Schedule payments in advance or pay them as you go, plus manage payees from within the app.

Mostly Good
It’s not visually overwhelming. It’s a clean layout and easy to use. Not a fault of developers, but the list of available bill payees is not quite as broad as a traditional bank.

Broken Quickview
Never had any complaints until the recent big update. Ever since the update, quickview hasn’t worked. No matter how many times I enable the feature, it always says unavailable at this time. Well, ‘this time’ has been months. The app is not very useful because of this, especially with the added delay of two factor auth.

We are sorry to hear about your experience. If you cannot view your account balances after you set up Quickview, please complete an app reset. One you log in, go to Settings and tap App reset. Please note that once you confirm this action, you will need to re-enter your log-in details and tap Remember me to save them. If you use biometrics, you will also have to reactivate this feature after the reset.
Easy and functional
The new mobile banking app from FirstOntario is a nice improvement on the old version. It is easy to use and very functional. Has everything you need to complete your banking transactions without any extra “stuff” that crowds out the screen and gets in the way. It’s a good app!
