The new app is terrible. The interface is ‘too’ simple, feels like a kids toy. I used to be able to choose how the fee was paid, and now I can only do it at originating end. Also when you update it erases my credentials, surely you can port these.

At OFX we take your feedback very seriously and are happy to let you know that market rates and charts are back. For greater transparency, you can now easily switch between market rates and estimated customer rates.

Accurate and Timely
The new release bugs have been fixed. Market rates AND client rates now available, to 4 decimal places. It’s a great APP once again. Good as it gets for FX rates for general public, and excellent access to transactions and FX orders for OFX clients.
Thank you for a “best of” APP, as well as prompt responses to user feedback. OFX is without doubt the best in its class!
OFX’s prompt response and willingness to reconsider has reaffirmed my very +ve view of the company.
I’ve been an OFX/CDN Forex customer for a half dozen years, and have been extremely satisfied with their rates and efficient service. I rely solely on their APP for FX market quotes while travelling, and for “on the go” FX transactions. OFX makes FX straightforward and easy.
An excellent APP for accurate and timely exchange rates. Even better if you are a CdnForex customer. Great to access your account and book transactions on the go.
With “rebranding” to OFX, the display of real time FX rates before login, has been “updated” to display customer rates rather than market rates.
Non OFX clients likely don’t care about rates charged by OFX, they care about MARKET rates.
For OFX clients, it is of interest to compare the FX rate we’re getting with the market rate.
Please RESTORE transparency to OFX rates by putting back MARKET rates on the public part of the APP!
Deleting market rates changed my rating from 5 to 4 stars. Please give us back MARKET rates!

Thanks for your feedback. We were facing intermittent issues with our backend systems yesterday. The issues have been resolved - so you should be able to view rates and login in the app.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
