The OpenTable GuestCenter app is a robust restaurant management and marketing solution that helps fill more seats, deliver remarkable hospitality, and optimize operations.
It is available for download for both OpenTable’s GuestCenter and Connect customers.
From an iPhone, GuestCenter and Connect customers can stay connected to their restaurant from anywhere. The Owner app on iPhone lets you check cover trends and stats, make and edit reservations, start a marketing campaign, receive VIP push notifications, and more.
Additionally, GuestCenter customers should use the iPad app for cloud-based front-of-house
guest and table management, shift planning, and more.

• Drag and drop seated parties: Seamlessly move changed parties across tables with the added ability to drag and drop seated parties. You can also finish and seat by dragging already seated parties to a currently seated table.
• Booking Holds: See a new countdown clock and “Booking in progress” callouts when a table is actively being booked by another staff member or an online diner. The booker will have 5 minutes to complete the reservation, after which the booking hold will release and the table will be available for reservations once again.
• Minor bug fixes.

Open Table is a leach on the Restaurant Business
They treat you with little respect and make changes very difficult.
Our brewery does not take resos at night or on weekends but would not work with me to make it happen even though the stipulation of us joining was just that.
Restaurant layout for iPhone
It would be nice if the restaurant layout and server sections were available on the iPhone version as well as the ipad version
Inconsistent with website
The app does not refresh on it own to reflect the same data on the website. Example if a person books a reservation in the last 5 mins, I can see the booking on the website. However I have to manually kill the app and launch it again to see the reservation. This makes the app useless. Please implement a pull to refresh
