Setup process stops
Unable to complete setup in this app for my T6 thermostat. When I have to choose the thermostat in the app, you cannot click on the name and you get stuck on this page. All I can do is cancel the setup. Hopefully, Apple HomeKit works but I always have a message to register on the thermostat. Fix please !!
No connection
The app and thermostat will not connect
New update is no good
I recently updated my app. Now I cannot connect to my device. I tried resetting everything from scratch like a new install and now I cannot ‘“select the thermostat’s name” even though it pops up. Not sure what’s going on but until they fix this bug I cannot give it a good review. I am using an IPhone 10 if that’s relevant
