Continued use of GPS running in the background can decrease battery life.
HealthKit data is integrated with Kudolife for the glucose tracking.
Activity tracking is available only with iPhone 5S and later models. Make sure to enable 'Fitness Tracking' in iOS settings under Privacy>Motion& Fitness.
Cardiovascular activities include indoor and outdoor walking, running and cycling.

I CANT SAVE ANYTHING

It did work awesome! But since the update, nothing works. When I try to enter food, everything says "not found"

I have tried other apps that track food macronutrients but this one is not about anal with the exact calorie count (who can live like that?!). Instead, I can watch people I want to emulate see what they eat. Plus I like sharing foodie pics so this is another fun way to do it.

I am really enjoying being on Kudolife the last few weeks. It is a fun tool to help keep track of your eating habits and encouraging to make healthier choices. I especially like people's fun comments and tips. My favourite feature are the photos, which I find quite inspiring to implement meals. Kudos for Kudolife.
