1 star is too high of a rating but the lowest option available. Where do I start... I’ve been playing this game for 2-3 years and they constantly promise changes so I reinstall the app after I delete only to find that it’s worse than before. Once you make your first coin purchase they turn the wins off as they know you are a candidate to buy again. They shut off all wins about 2 hrs prior to JACKPOT time so you loose far more than the potential jack pot, which you won’t win anyways because they give it to the same people each time whom are likely their own staff. Crooks. If you are ever so lucky to win a major jackpot, you will get to enjoy it for about 20 mins as they take it all right back and more. Crooks. When you buy the small coin pack for 99usd and you are not in the USA, they don’t charge the correct exchange. It’s actually $146.99 CAD for example, how do you get from $99usd to $146.99 cad??? This purchase amount never changes but the exchange rate has NEVER been $1.4699. Crooks. They say “play other games” when the one you like isn’t winning. When 1 wins none win. They say changes take time to implement but I’ve been asking for years. The changes will come when the paying customers stop paying, so STOP. Oh also because I am a VIP 10. (Really a VIP 10,000 if you count all my purchases but VIP 10 is the max), I have a VIP manager Eva that offers BS deals and if I don’t take the deal to purchase the wins stop. Crooks. She also asked me for my home address to send me a “special gift” for being a loyal customer... WHAT?????? Coins, give the gift of coins. Why in the hell would you need my address. Any paying playing customer wants coins... simple. Again, crooks. I could continue on but my fingers are getting tired. The games can be fun (well one of them at least), but please please do not get sucked into their scam like me. Please.
