This latest release of the ASIST app gives you all that and more in a cleaner, more user-friendly design.

All you need is permission to the ServiceNow mobile app for your service location and to download this app.

• CREATE SERVICE REQUESTS
Instead of just viewing service requests, you can now create your own from the app. Tab the middle button on the nav bar, and you’ll be launched into a three-step wizard. Select the asset, complaint, and service provider you want. Wanna use the Uptime Center? You got it. Need to edit your request before sending it? No problem. Easy as 1-2-3-Review.
• LOG IN WITH YOUR FINGERPRINT or FACE ID
If you have a phone that lets you log in with fingerprint or face recognition, you can also log into our app with it. Log in with your password once, then use fingerprint or face recognition from there on out.
• SEE WHEN CASES WERE CREATED
Tap a case number to open the Overview. From there, the time and date the case was created will be looking right at you.
• SEE MORE THAN JUST MAINTENANCE, WARRANTY, and CAMPAIGN STATUS
Tap an asset or asset tab to see the maintenance, warranty, and campaign status of an asset, then tap the status to see dates and additional information related to the status.
• SEE WHO ELSE RECEIVED A NOTE
If a note has more than one recipient, tap the link for “… more” and see a list of all the recipients.
Up to six family members will be able to use this app with Family Sharing enabled.
