Finally some clarity about meditation!


A couple days before I found this app, I was telling my husband that simplified information about meditation needs to get out there. No one explains that meditation isn't about sitting on the floor in a cross-legged position for at least 20 min and trying not to think. That one minute DOES count & it's not as hard as it's made out to be. I believe it should be taught in schools, but hey, what do I know?!

A lifelong skeptic....blown away by its simplicity


The short review of this... and why this is effective is that they were able to explain to me in the process of 5-10 min how silent meditation works, and why it’s ok to not be good at it and how to get something out of not being good at it. Really has made a huge difference to me, and I can’t say enough good things about embracing meditation, even if you’re not good or comfortable with it. Follow the teachings, and you’ll learn something.
