Manage your Shaw Go WiFi
• Go farther and manage your access to over 100,000 Shaw Go WiFi hotspots
• Receive chat notifications easily while multi-tasking between apps and change your billing preferences. You can receive notifications by push. Customize your notification preferences from More > Notifications.
Using your Network access permissions, the My Shaw app will:
• View connection information and see available Wi-Fi connections to enable the app to connect to the Wi-Fi network;
• Detect the network state, read the device status, detect running apps, view app history and identity to implement network preference.
Using your Notifications permission, the My Shaw app will:
• Send relevant push notifications
Using your device’s fingerprint scanner, and facial recognition the My Shaw app will:
• Link your fingerprint profile to your Shaw account via the app for authentication purposes
Using your first name and postal code, the My Shaw app will:
• Send you push notifications
Submitting a payment extension request, the My Shaw app will:
• Send you an email confirmation

Wrong username or password
It keeps saying wrong username/password but when I sign in the website it works!! Fix it!!
Thanks for the feedback! Please note that you need a Shaw ID to use the app - it does not accept your My Account username like my.shaw.ca website does. Can't log in
The app won't let me log in!! I just set up an account online and then downloaded the app and says it cannot retrieve my account info!!

We're sorry to hear you experienced issues signing into the My Shaw app. When you receive this error message, it means something is wrong on our side that we're working to resolve quickly. Please try signing in again - then if you're still experiencing issues, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we'll investigate.
Not working for me
Although this seems to be getting great reviews, it’s not working for me. There is no icon on the screen, only the grid. The app will open but does not accept my Shaw credentials, not the account ID and not my email and password. I can’t even get into it.
