I was very upset that my Sasktel app changed. I liked the old app it was informative and easy to use. I don’t understand why companies ALWAYS ASSUME THEY HAVE TO CHANGE THINGS?? Don’t fix something that isn’t broken. This is just my opinion, but I don’t like how now I needed to make a new Account, another fricken password, another damned thing to remember, for nonsense.

Sasktel mobility’s app never works. Consistently crashes. Won’t let you pay your bill it’s terrible.

Are you still experiencing issues when you go to use the app? Can you please give us a call at 1-800-773-2121 (available 24/7) so we can better understand what's happening? You can also start a chat with us, if that is more convenient. Our chat team is available Monday through Friday 8:00 am – 8:00 pm and Saturdays 9:00 am – 4:30 pm. Hopefully we can get this rectified asap for you. ^CB
Even at telling you your data usage, this app fails. It is showing me information for a wireless plan other than the one that I chose. Sometimes the app mysteriously gives you valid information for the right wireless plan, so I gave it one star.
