Our psychologist-designed Paths include audio lessons and helpful activities to help you with stress, anxiety, or depression. These include an introductory Path, two Paths focused on CBT, and a mindfulness Path.
Rate your mood and feelings throughout the day, and add specific notes (the situation, the trigger, etc.) so you can notice patterns and see improvement over time.

Pacifica uses CBT techniques to help you to face your anxiety, one day at a time, and gradually work toward your long term goals via daily challenges.
Set and track daily health goals for habits that affect anxiety (exercise, sleep, caffeine, alcohol, etc.). Learn which of these trigger your anxiety based on patterns in your mood. Exercise, sleep and caffeine can also be populated using the Apple Health app.

Pacifica is free to download and use. Pacifica Full Access allows for unlimited use of all of tools and is available through an auto-renewing subscription. There are two options:

Awesome app / Génial !!!
I'm not a big fan of apps but this one delivers. Only good things came from using it everyday (...well almost everyday!) It's like having a therapy session on demand or a life coach in your pocket! Give it a try!!!
Je n'utilise que très peu les apps. Celle-ci est à la hauteur de mes attentes. Je n'ai que du bien à en dire après l'avoir utilisé chaque jour (...enfin, presque chaque jour!) C'est comme avoir accès à une séance de thérapie au besoin ou un coach de vie dans sa poche. Faites-en l'essai!!!

Il manque un peu côté français, il devrais avoir une géolocalisation et des texte de personne dans nos entourage afin de mieux ce comprendre et permettre à des personnes qui ne parle 0 français a télécharger l’application!
Pacifica is a great start when it comes to self help in mental health. A good portion of the app is locked unless you buy the premium which as over priced for all that it offers ( at least the way I use Pacifica) if you're looking for actual support from others it's probably not the BEST idea. Overall a good self help app
