App crashing on log in

Trying to sign in with more rewards account id and password. When I hit sign in the apple goes black, closes app and brings me to home screen

Not loading since February 23rd update

Not opening any more. Tried offloading and downloading a couple of times but no joy. Its been downhill ever since you joined more rewards. I only want to check the daily special but it’s hardly worth the hassle anymore. Disappointed!

Missing Points

I saw the cashier scan my card but when I got home I noticed I didn’t get my Appy special discount or my Mega Deal points. There doesn’t appear to be anywhere to claim missing points like the Shoppers Drug Mart app does so what does one do when the card is not properly scanned?
