Please fix the bug!

I loved the app before this update. Now I have to reset my password every time I try to log in. Has anyone else had this issue?? I’m so frustrated!!

Update: though I’m grateful that the developers are replying, I’m still so frustrated! I tried the “fix” the developers said, and it’s still not shouldn’t be this hard. Please, is this something you are trying to fix? Really looking forward to a new update so I can go back to easily banking on line..
