The Rogers My Account app is now MyRogers! MyRogers – which is Wi-Fi access compatible – gives you secure access to your Rogers account and services and allows you to:
•Monitor your wireless and home usage
•View your account balance
•Review account details for everyone in your Share Everything™ or Family plan
Plus, if you’re a Rogers First Rewards™ member you can browse the rewards catalogue, view your points balance and redeem the latest points offers.
The MyRogers app is available to Rogers customers with a post-paid account. Unfortunately, Pay As You Go™ and non-consumer accounts are not compatible with this app just yet.
You can now access all your wireless lines and Rogers Hi-Speed Internet usage in the app by adding your account to your log-in. All members of your plan can also access the MyRogers app by creating their own MyRogers log-in and linking their phone number to it.

Ok, I've given this app multiple chances from prior updates until now and nothing is getting better, only worse. I'll explain:
Every time the app launches, every bloody time, it asks me to link other accounts. I have none so this nuisance should have the ability to be turned off permanently or at least have a section for me to chose myself when to do this instead of every bloody app launch. And if you select to only link by your phone number the app crashes. Then you get a text with a 4 digit number but I have no idea what to do with it because I can NEVER get that far. Once the app launches again that scenario is cyclical. Once you get past that screen it doesn't get any better. I sign in (which used to be automatic) and then nothing works. You always get a message that says "We're having some difficulties..." So if you sign out then sign in (and cancel at the bloody account service link page, again) the app automatically signs you out and asks you to sign in again. So you do, and you get the link account services window, AGAIN, and then you are finally able to see parts of your account info without crashes. That being said I don't know what other parts do or don't work with the app because I only want to check my data to ensure no overages. Waaay too much of a hassle just to ensure I don't have to pay extra. This app used to be a dream and now it's bloody awful. Please, for the love of God, get your sh*t together.
