Ratings and Reviews
Almost perfect
Some functionalities are removed from the web version and you cannot utilise the tickets the same as you do on the web. Also they need to implement notifications for new tickets, that would be a game changer for me.
More crashes than ever
Since the last update I have to force close the App several times before I can work with it. And it’s so slow! Needs a fix asap.
Dashboards are slow and unreliable
As a manager I like to be able to take a quick glance at my operations and on whats going on with my customer service when i’m not working.
The app makes it frustrating to do that as it often starts up with the wrong data and needs to be refreshed systematically, sometimes more than once, to display the right info.
I expected better.
