Easy Entrance into the Crypto World
Shakepay is extremely easy to use and isn’t as costly as some of the other exchanges I’ve used. You’ll be able to buy/sell Bitcoin and Ethereum within minutes by e-transferring funds in and out of your Shakepay account. They also have a great referral system to get your friends and family on board. I’ve also been able to easily transfer BTC and ETH from Shakepay to my wallet. I would definitely recommend this app to crypto-newcomers!
Beware
This company keeps the info you provide for 6 years .. including drivers licence & video .. as per the follow response to my email requesting it be deleted ... very unsafe practices..
once I downloaded this app I was bombarded both with my text messages and emails from telemarketers and scammers .. beware of this app..

Worst customer service i’ve seen..
1rst : You have to give them soooo many personal informations in order to create an account and get verified..
2nd : They brag that’s its super fast and that you can start purchasing almost right away but the truth is that it takes almost 24h just to get verified (if you’re lucky)
3rd : The money i transferred into this app never reached my account.. I tried to contact the customer service via email AND « live » chat, no response.. 200$ that disappeared from my bank account and i can’t get an answer from them..
Should’ve read more reviews here before i transfered money..
