Simple In/Out is the easiest to use in/out board in the App Store. It is great for offices with people always on the go. Our easy to use interface lets you quickly set your status and get back to work. You can also configure your phone to update your status automatically based on your device's location.
Here is a quick rundown of all the great features we offer in Simple In/Out:
* Board - Easy to read and configure status board.
* Users - Admins can add or edit users right from the app. Each user can have their own information and permissions.
* User Profiles - Individual profile pages for each user. You can email, call, or text a user right from their profile.
* Automatic Status Updates - Update your status right from your pocket.
*** Geofences - Uses low-power location events to determine if you are inside the defined area. We take privacy very seriously and your location will never be tracked or stored.
*** Beacons - Uses Bluetooth to determine if you are near a broadcast point. Beacon signals can be transmitted from our FrontDesk and TimeClock apps, or you can purchase hardware from our website.
* Notifications - Receive alerts right on your device for important events.
*** Status Updates - Alerts you each time your status has been updated automatically. This helps you make sure your status on the board is up to date.

*** Reminders - Get prompted if you haven't updated your status by a specific time of day.

Works well
Would be nice to enable geofence monitoring to be active on a schedule (M-F, 8am-8pm,etc…) and the option to not overwrite the status message if you've already marked yourself in/out.
Simple in out
The concept is good,but this app kills batteries like no other app I’ve seen my phone went from lasting a week to less than a day this is the only app I’ve installed on this phone. It’s a little to simple for me needs some better features like using wifi AP to determine locations.

Sorry you had issues with battery life. Our app generally uses little to no battery at all when set up. iOS provides a battery usage list of all apps using power. We are usually at the very bottom. Please email us directly and we can see what is going on. help@simplymadeapps.com
Good idea, iffy programming
My company uses this to easily track who is in the office. The idea of geofence locations is great, and works when the app is loaded. However, it occasionally logs out for no reason, and every time the app updates it loses my login information. This is unacceptable. Almost every other app I use remembers my login info when it updates. Get the programming right, and you'll deserve more than 2 stars.

Sorry to hear you lose your login information between updates. We have noticed that the login information can get lost between system updates, but doesn't seem to affect app updates. We are continually working on the app to make it better. If we can find out what is causing this issue, we will be sure to fix it. Sorry for the inconvenience.
