Just what I was looking for

This app is exactly what I was looking for. My preference is usually guided with nature sounds but I the option to switch it up

An effective meditation support tool

I like the simplicity of this, and the new nature sounds are excellent. It's easy to choose the length of the meditation. I only wish there were a few different meditation guides to offer additional variety. Well worth the purchase.

Like the improvements

Appreciate additional choices of music and the new screen design is preferred. Simply being has really made a difference to my life.
