Fixed MP4’s for Me
I have a CCTV NVR that exports in MP4s tigether with a propreitary player app. The vids have nver worked. It’s been frustrating when I want to put a clip on a USB for police or others to view. After learning there are different kinds of MP4s I tried this app and used the QuickTime setting. It worked like a charm—even for one clip that was 58 mins.
Hate the ad that pops up, byt hey…it is free afterall.
No longer converts .mkv files
The app worked excellently for me for years, but after the latest update I am no longer able to convert .mkv files to other formats, so for my purposes it is now essentially useless.
What have they done?!?
This used to be my go-to video converter - now it simply doesn’t do the job it was designed to do. I can no longer convert .mkv or .avi files. I don’t know what they have done to my favourite converter with the last update but they have effectively bricked it. Such a shame.
