Lots of bugs
Filled with functionality problems. You get locked out and can’t go back once you have selected items on the map. The tool bar will hide and won’t come back up. The app has potential but too many bugs that need fixing.
Definitely a plus for hiking the Bruce
Good for hiking and finding parking spots and trail heads. Great to get real-time changes and closures.
Map caching is flaky and sometimes downloads maps again for no reason, Route measurement tool is VERY frustrating to use and photo feature has been disabled. Fix those and this is a 5 star app.
Worth the money.
Highly recommend, the trail is always changing and this app is kept current.
Here are my main uses...
1) When I know I’ll be somewhere near the trail I’ll use this app to scout access points.
2) The gps data is very accurate, even though the trail is very well marked I do like having this tool in my back pocket.
I will mention that it can be challenging to measure distances.
