I like everything about it keeps me busy for hours

So some background info of my history with this game. Started playing probably Mid-2014. Just recently returned from a TWO YEAR BREAK (came back March 5th, 2019). Current level is 462 (459 when inactive), PvP rank is 22, 182k BP (160k while inactive), 35k wins (gained 20k losses while gone for two years).

So, why did I go inactive for two years? Why do I seem to have a habit of disappearing from this game? Myriad of reasons but if I had to think really hard and pick a reason. RNG and how often I get decent rarity Lieutenants, forget Epic Rarity, my luck is abysmal trying to get those.

So with my background player info, how many Epic Lieutenants (highest rarity "card") do you think I have? Five? Seven? Ten? Try two. Yes...2. T. W. O. TWO. Both at one star. Could it be due to me being both a casual and a F2P player who also happens to be in a casual Empire that is now inactive? Absolutely. But even when my Empire was in its prime and while it was still semi-active before we all disappeared, my RNG was not only terrible, but I didn't get a whole lot of crate vouchers, probably my own fault anyway. Getting LTs of higher rarity is not an easy task in part due to its RNG, and mainly because it costs 30FP (FP is the freemium currency you can buy or earn) per roll. Getting FP isn't impossible, but I wouldn't say there are many great avenues for earning them as a F2P player. All of this effort for ONE single roll, that probably won't net you an Epic Lt. It costs $4.99 for 30FP, $9.99 for 60FP, $20 for 125EP, $50 for 320FP, $100 for 650FP. One spins is 30EP. 3 spins is 80EP. So yeah, you tell me, is it worth the RNG?

To be fair, you can survive without an Epic Lt. But lets be honest, you're probably gonna lose interest after a while of getting mostly commons and uncommons with maybe a Rare and very VERY rarely (or never) an Epic. They'll keep pumping out Lieutenants of various rarities and they probably won't stop. I honestly haven't seen a single Lt of ANY rarity being given away for free as some sort of promo or as a thank you gift. I don't think they've ever done it nor will they ever do it. This game basically caters to whales like Mobile Strike (but not as trashy as MS, nothing is worse than MS). I've spent money on other mobile games before, fair sums of money. But this game, hell no.

Also, I go inactive for two years, I come back. How much has the game changed? Oh you know, a whole lotta NOTHING. Just a bunch of insanely high leveled players with dozens of Epic rarity lieutenants that you'll probably never get. Yeah I'm pretty burnt out on this game and my terrible luck with getting decent rarity Lts only drives me further away from this game. I'm sure plenty of higher leveled players have felt the same. Hell, I have allies on my list that have abadoned their Level 2000+ accounts. Haven't seen them in more than two years and probably never will at this point. Oh right, this game also has no level limit either. Yeah, its one of those games.

Its a great game but the developers need to add a option were you can use all your stamina or energy with 1 button. I stead of hitting the button 5 million times gets boring after awhile. I hope the developers read these reviews.
