Developer Response ,
Hi, we are very sorry you had this experience, occasionally there is an error popup but in almost all cases if you tap OK the map still downloads fine (as long as it gets to 100%). Please send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we can refund you if you in any case. If you can provide any additional information such as what device you are using that would be very helpful as we investigate the issue.
Good to have it but hard to navigate
Tried the first time last week at Stanley park. It is a nice gadget to have. But I was chasing my tails for about good half hour from the start. Maybe it was because it was around downtown and the road/trails were pretty complex. We try it out another trail. Hoot it will work out better.
