Overheats my iPhone 8 as well as old iPh 6

First recommendation: please add a night mode in-app or optional app background tint/colours like sepia, grey, charcoal and black.

Next, a complaint/dissatisfaction...
Not sure what the app is up to when I read followed blogs or try to post anything, but within a few minutes of browsing the app (force closed all others) my iPhone starts to heat up noticeably - upper right quarter of the screen becomes very hot to the touch, let alone how heated the back feels.

Close WP app and within minutes the iPh begins to cool down to 'normal' .... Very skeptical of some hidden blockchain or data mining happening, but I don't have technical knowledge/ability to investigate. If it was only 1 device, i would assume my iPh was just peculiar but exact same behaviour on 2 iOS devices makes me think something intentional is going on. If i had enough facts or others experiencing the same, i would report this to Appl Support or App store support.

2 stars because it is convenient to manage blog/s, manage notifications/ comments/ activity, and catch up on posts from followed blogs so it performs as promised to a degree (thus 1 star) and it is handiernto use the app than the mobile site (begrudgingly another 1 star)

Can’t get into my blog

I am very new to blogging, but I managed to do two blogs. Tried to use a theme, etc. but nothing happened. I was in there earlier today. Now I can’t get back in to my blogs. I get to the page where it says create a site. I have a site. It won’t let me get past that. Wants to move to new host and pay again. Not very user friendly to new bloggers.
