Circulatory System

About Circulatory System

Circulatory System grew out of the Olivia Tremor Control. The latter, formed by songwriter Will Hart and Bill Doss, ended in 2000, and Hart put together Circulatory System with remaining OTC players and others. Their debut self-titled album and companion piece Inside Views materialized in 2001. Well-received by fans and critics for their fuzzy, swirling songs, the band would be active only in spurts. Hart was diagnosed with multiple sclerosis, which slowed the creative process. Between the time of an OTC reunion tour and the release of Signal Morning in 2009, he was actively working on new material with both bands. Circulatory System returned in 2014 with Mosaics Within Mosaics. ~ Fred Thomas
