Naegeli Transportation v. Gulf Electroquip

This is an appeal from a jury verdict awarding Gulf Electroquip (Gulf) $175,000 damages in contract, plus attorneys fees. Naegeli Transportation (Naegeli) appeals the trial courts submission of a special issue awarding lost profits, the omission of an instruction on the foreseeability of lost profits, the sufficiency of evidence to support a finding of lost profits, and the trial courts refusing to allow its expert on damages. We affirm.
