Good start but contradictions galore

It is free so I'd actually give it a 3.5. I found that the author frequently contradicts his advice (ie he says drink skim milk instead of whole but then later says to drink whole milk instead of skim. Another example is to not eat peanuts, but then he says to eat peanuts as snacks). So because of the contradictions, I'll need to check out another resource to figure out which is correct. Thanks for the free book, it just needs some polish. :)

It’s not really good

The app was saying my mom is fat and it’s no help it just makes her feel like crap. It said that she’s obese level two. Just rude
It’s really stupid.
