Wake up call!
Wow. What a read. I couldn't put this book down. It defies everything I believed about nutrition. I immediately tossed the supplements and haven't touched meat or dairy or fish for 5 days now. I have more energy already and I feel 'lighter'. I wish I had discovered MacDougall years ago!!
