A Swift Time to Code - Student

by Trumbull Career and Technical Center

This course material is only available in the iTunes U app on iPhone or iPad.

Course Description

Updated for Swift 3.0
Swift is Apple's new and exciting programming language that can be used to create iOS or Mac apps. I developed this course for the students at the Trumbull Career and Technical Center to be able to learn to code on their iPads. All of the coding and course work can be done on an iPad Air or newer running iOS 10 in the Swift Playgrounds app. This course is designed to enable teachers to provide their students with a Swift based Hour of Code project that students can do on a Mac or an iPad or used throughout the school year for simple lessons to introduce students to programming.

Note: Teachers you can get access to the accompanying teacher course for this course by emailing me at from your school email address. I will email you the link to the private teacher course which has the student projects and answers for all of the projects.
