"24x36: A Movie About Movie Posters" is a documentary that explores the birth, death and resurrection of the illustrated movie poster art. Through interviews with key art personalities over the past four decades, the film takes a look at the artists who create it, companies and studios that commission it, galleries that display it and collectors and fans who hang it. With contributions from Roger Kastel — who was responsible for the classic poster for Jaws — and Gremlins director Joe Dante, among others.
