About the Movie

Disney•Pixar welcomes back everyone’s favorite forgetful blue tang Dory, who’s living happily in the reef with Nemo and Marlin. When Dory suddenly remembers that she has a family out there who may be looking for her, the trio take off on a life-changing adventure across the ocean to California’s Marine Life Institute. In an effort to find her parents, Dory enlists the help of Hank, a cantankerous octopus; Bailey, a beluga whale who’s convinced his biological sonar skills are on the fritz; and Destiny, a nearsighted whale shark. Navigating the complex inner workings of the MLI, Dory and her friends discover the magic within their flaws, friendships and family.

Top Critics' Reviews

Fresh: Who would have thought one of the deepest films ever made about learning disabilities would star a talking blue fish? – Matthew Rozsa, Salon.com, Aug 3, 2017

Fresh: Dory's visual palette is such a joy to look at, drawing on the deep blues and greens of the underwater expanse and ocean-dwelling algae. – Zach Schonfeld, Newsweek, Jun 23, 2016

Fresh: While not as visually dazzling as its predecessor, the film is still colorful and immersive; the script, while predictable, puts an engaging spin on the issues of home and identity. – Bruce Diones, New Yorker, Jun 27, 2016

Fresh: Finding Dory is enjoyable in its own right, even if its powerful sense of deja vu keeps it from approaching the pinnacle of the Disney/Pixar collaborations. – James Berardinelli, ReelViews, Jun 22, 2016

Unforgettable Follow-Up to the Classic.

Satisfying lives up to the expectation. It has the same amount of humour and good-feel, family fun as 'Nemo'. All the new characters are lovable. Dory became the most admirable character in the franchise with this movie. A must watch to all children & children at heart.
