It's London 2015 and merciless gang warfare dominates the decaying capital. The Paper Chaserz stay clear of trouble, but when a conflict with a rival gang gets out of control they find themselves in a terrifying chase across the danger-filled streets of London, risking their lives in search of revenge.

Top Critics' Reviews
Rotten: Just when you thought grimy gang drama had run out of steam, along comes this dystopian variation, set in a recession-ravaged London 2015.
Rotten: The film becomes a pummelling succession of indulgent flourishes that serve no narrative purpose.
Rotten: With its jarring slang, reckless narrative and offbeat imagery, it's as close to being A Clockwork Orange for the Broken Britain generation as we have. It's up to you to decide whether that's a good thing or not.
Rotten: If this is the future of film then we're all doomed.
Slammin soundtrack! Great acting. Very absorbing performances. British Juvenile Delinquent Drama Extraorinaire! Did I mention the SOUNDTRACK !
Self indulgent trash
The story content of this film is negligible, and the director wastes a lot of time by inserting long music video montages. The only conclusion I can come to is that the filmmakers wanted to make a sort of art-thug film, but forgot to write an original story to go along with it.
I've seen several of these actors before, and enjoyed their work. They do their best with the minimal plot and few performance opportunities they get. Sadly, when the main character risks his life by taking a nonsensical moral turn, the entire story and the concept of the world it takes place in falls apart.
This is sensationalist trash put to rap / house music that wouldn't make a great album on its own.
My advice is to avoid this movie completely unless you enjoy urban rap music or threadbare club remixes and the music videos that go with them. For anyone who isn't a die hard fan of those musical genres this movie is a complete waste of time.
Honestly the worst movie i have ever seen. I don't know what else to say.
