About the Movie

It is September on the North Atlantic. A fishing boat has sunk; it went down fast. The crew have escaped in two life boats, along with the scant supplies they could grab – some food, bits and pieces of gear, a compass and rum. They have been drifting further and further from where they sank and there is no sign of rescue. The decision is made to row for shore - a risky gamble at best.

The Disappeared - Movie

This movie has no beginning and has no end - It makes NO sense and is a descrace to the iTunes Movie selection. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend it and does NOT deserve a rating of even 1/2 a star. DUMB DUMB DUMB!! A waste of money to rent!

A great film with a compelling story that will leave you wondering after it is over!

This film will catch your breath as the characters deal with life and death and everything in between. The acting is incredible. Shawn Doyle gives a compelling performance as his character evolves throughout the film, and the dynamic between Gary Levert and Neil Matheson (who play father and son) will leave you thinking about family and loyalty. Of course the ever-handsome Billy Campbell is stellar! This film is not just the perfect watch for anyone who likes independent cinema-- my brother-in-law loved it!

I don’t know what that bad review is about, I found this film absolutely lovely. It was beautifully shot. Certain scenes made me want to go out to the ocean so badly. The characters were all perfect for their roles. It was very emotional and also funny. Great maritimer film.
