About the Movie

Greed. Compassion. Heroism. These three seemingly disparate human traits collide explosively in this unconventional, ironic, action-packed adventure. At the end of the Gulf War, a small group of American soldiers plots to steal a huge cache of gold reputedly hidden somewhere near their Iraqi desert base. After finding a map that they believe will lead them to the treasure, the men embark on a treacherous journey filled with unexpected events--a trip that dramatically forces them to confront their fears and flaws, while drastically altering their lives forever.

Great film

A wonderful motion picture. It takes you back to the end of the Gulf War, where the US Army is partying, Saddam Hussein is opressing, Kuwait gold is missing... Four soldiers are on a hunt for the gold, but not for the honorable reasons one might think.

A good movie if you weren't in the military

So many things happen that are far-fetched, but that's because I was in the military and know better. Overall, it was OK for a 3.99 rental. Don't expect the Golden Globe Award winning performances claimed in the description.

Not even worth pirating

If you want to know what's wrong with hollywood then this is a prime example. Total piece of garbage.
