"One of my favourite things to do is put on headphones and take my dog, Abbey, for a walk around my neighbourhood and beyond. I live in Midtown around Yonge & Eglinton. I didn’t realise before moving up here the vast network of trails and green space that exists in Toronto. Before heading out to the Park I stop at our local coffee shop for some espresso and a croissant or fresh baguette. Local parks have off leash trails and are far from traffic, making them ideal for a long stroll with my pup. It’s a nice respite to the hum of the city to have so many options for a walk in the woods."
