Excellent Podcast - Enlightening and Balanced

Dr. Steven Park’s Breath Better Sleep Better Live Better podcast has greatly increased my understanding of sleep breathing disorders and my own marginally treated condition. The interviews of experts are particularly fascinating and enlightening. In addition, the other summaries and reviews provide balance, context and background. If you or your loved one have a condition, then this podcast will give you valuable understandings you need for your health care decisions.

Compelling, Essential Listening

Dr. Park and his wife Kathy put together a regular series of podcasts with information so relevant, comprehensive and multi-disciplinary, with just the right mix of specialist guests that I have found these podcasts essential listening for anyone who has trouble breathing and any member of the health care community that works with people who suffer the consequences of people who have trouble breathing...and that is just about everyone!

great educational podcast for everyone's health

I found this podcast 3 days ago and have listened to 6 so far. Yesterday, I passed it on to my dentist, who was very interested.
I have had/have polyps and asthma... I learned a version of Buteyko in the 90s as part of a clinical study for asthma and found real improvements.
I really appreciate the wide range of health topics you cover.
I haven't seen it yet, but do you think mouth breathing leads to polyps?
