The Straight (Un)biased Truth
If there has ever been a better Vancouver Canucks podcast, I have yet to hear it. The hosts are fans first and that’s apparent from the get-go, providing you fan-centric analysis and breakdowns of everything Canuck. And while all hosts are top-notch, Chris is a level above. No bias whatsoever!
One of the only 'fan-made' Canucks podcasts
A surprising amount of Canucks podcasts involve radio hosts, media production staff, journalists, or bloggers for major publications.
By contrast, the four (often 3, sometimes 2) members of the show are articulate and honest in their views (and disagreements) about the team.
Chris brings a well-tempered (almost nihilistic) view to Canucks fandom, reminding us that history repeats itself more than we want to admit.
Matt is a great producer; he brings good, divisive questions and loves to quote-grab to 'radio' the other voices on the pod.
Anna is an intriguing example of a 21st century hockey fan; she refuses to accept old hockey ideas 'just because', but won't jump on every new trend simply because it's new.
Adam's prospect knowledge is second only to his attendance record on the show, which is unfortunate, as he'd keep Matt's hot takes under better control if he was there more often.
The Greatest Canucks Podcast!
I have enjoyed listening to this podcast for years. They provide me with great insight and make me wish I lived closer to Vancouver so I could hang out with them sometime. The only thing I miss is Clay’s CHB Haiku segment, but since he’s not on the show anymore I understand why the segment is gone.
The Canucks are great
