Not so useful as it was

Now that they only post the PST edition (World at Six in Vancouver), those of us in the eastern United States who liked to listen to today's news in Canada en route home have really lost something. It used to update as the editions crossed the country.

Need Better Quality Control

I enjoy this podcast, but get frustrated when a "new" version gets posted, and after downloading it and starting to play it, I find that it isn't actually new but is the previous day's version, stamped with today's date. Yesterday (a Monday) I downloaded what was supposed to be Monday's news, and was disappointed to find that it was in fact Friday's news.

Solid Canadian news daily.

CBC is the most reliable, intellectual source for news in this country. It's interesting that some reviewers have claimed it is biased for the left, and others for the right political spectrum... It's called balance. If you're looking for a news network to stroke your own ideology, check out a private network; they'll tell you anything you want to hear, for a price.
