Love them!

I've been reading the Chris Loves Julia blog for years and I they are such a cute couple! Love them!

Good content but maybe needs more editing?

I really love the Chris Loves Julia blog and following the evolution of their home. And for the most part, the podcast is also awesome.

My big complaint (and what makes me come close to unsubscribing after every episode) is the laughter. I tend to listen to podcasts with headphones on and the laughter is SO loud compared to the regular dialogue. You'd expect that as laughter usually is louder than a regular speaking voice but I feel like they should maybe dial down the volume on the laughter more when the episode is being editted.

My minor complaint is that when they are talking to guests, there seems to be a lot of "in jokes" - they are getting better at explaining those but I do feel out of the loop sometimes. I also hope they move away from having the "call-in" sound of guests to having their guests record at their end, as well, and splicing the feeds together.

So overall, good content but better editing is needed.

Just ok

These are...ok
I find them to be a little boring and wayyyyy to long. They don't cover enough different content. It seems to be dragged out stories of the same thing that we have all heard before. They are charming... But it needs more structure
