If you could sit down with yourself the morning of your first day of high school, what advice would you give? What values would you encourage that junior version of you to define and pursue each day? If you got to start over on Day One and start building yourself into the person and leader you want to be, what would be your first move? The Day One Leadership Podcast asks leaders of all types, backgrounds, and ages those questions and more, as we explore what values drive leaders, and lay out strategies to help you and your teams live them each day.

I thoroughly enjoyed every episode of this podcast. I value authenticity and believe Drew to be just that. I was lucky enough to recently have seen Drew speak at a conference and was immediately influenced by his excitement on value driven leadership. Inspiring interviews and topics. Just please, please make more!!
Learn and Be inspired.
Compelling guest speakers, conversational tone, intrigueing topics around leadership- this podcast is a must-listen and I'd recommend it to anyone. I found myself jotting down ideas from the podcast and looking up speakers afterwards. This will make you question what you thought you knew about leadership and motivate you to be a better leader in your own life.
Drew is the best
During my frosh week at MSVU a few years ago, Drew called me out in the audience and asked me what I wanted in life, a question I couldn't answer. After hearing him speak I continued to follow him through YouTube and social media, he'd really left a mark on me that day and inspired me to never stop growing as a person. This podcast is just another opportunity to learn from Drew and a reminder that life is amazing. Thank you Drew!
