Very fun & good

VGAT is a well-made D&D actual play with great production quality. The music is original and well placed - my only personal issue is that there isn’t enough of it! The GM does a great job of setting a captivating scene for his players. He also hits an excellent balance between allowing the players a level of fun table-talk and not-so-serious gameplay. The NPCs are well done with an excellent variety of voice-acting.

While there is a warning of crass/explicit content, the content is laced with a layer of humour and joviality. And while I’m not always the biggest fan of crude humour, I still found this podcast enjoyable and the story itself compelling. If you’re looking for a D&D actual play that feels like a good mix of gameplay, coarse humour, and good storytelling, you should enjoy this one!

Banter and battle!

VGAT came at the suggestion of a friend, is my first actual play podcast, and has me itching to jump back into D&D for the first time in decades. The table banter is appropriately crass, creative, and crass. It's very crass. The audio quality is great, and the DM does a wonderful job balancing an immersive setting with the open possibilities of great role playing. It's also crass.
Keep up the great work, jackholes.
