I have been waiting for this to launch and I am not disappointed. I already use Podrunner for my long runs and this is a perfect adjunct to my fitness training.

Need motivation for running?

This podcast delivers excellent motivation to run! I love techno music and time just fly when I listen to this podcast while running. The bpm of the music is adapted to the running pace and there is audio cues indicating when to walk or run. Also, training goes gradually from 5k to 10k. Try it! It’s a wonderful incentive to surpass our limits!

The music is so fast-paced and awesome that my workout is over before I know it! I actually look forward to my run because I know that I can run to the music. Totally amazing series!!!
