great topic—well researched
Tiffany Mayer has done it again. First her outstanding blog, " Eating Niagara" than her book about Niagara cuisine “Niagara Food” and now she shares more about Niagara in her new monthly podcast “Grub”
Great job Tiffany! Can’t wait to hear more in the series. Your interview style is so enjoyable!
Kian Lam Kho (and his book) is a man after my (foodie) heart. Fascinating that he came late to cooking and I love his analysis and thoughtfulness - appeals to the little scientist inside me. Now going to turn my attention to learning more about him (and stir frying). Thanks for adding him to the tapestry of my life, Tiffany! @kitchenblissca (P.S. There was no kitchen in my Home Ec class - we mainly did needlework- haha!)
