Description

Each week in the queer horror podcast Horror Queers, Joe Lipsett and Trace Thurman tackle a horror film with LGBTQ+ themes, a high camp quotient or both. For these lifelong queer horror fans, there’s as much value in serious discussions about representation as there is in reading a ridiculously silly/fun horror film with a YAS KWEEN mentality. Just know that at no point will we be getting Babashook.

Love it!

I loved the first few episodes, I was especially excited for ep.2 where you two were discussing the Scream franchise. You worded perfectly the sentiments that I’ve had for those films for years now! I also learned some new things. Very excited and curious to hear you apply a queer lens to other favourites in the future!

Loved You Guys!

Trace & Joe delivered! They have great chemistry and translating their excellent Horror Queers article series into a podcast format was clearly the right next step! The first episode and getting to know more about the two of you was a lot of fun and you really gave a fun introduction into what the rest of this series will have in store! Can’t wait to hear the next few episodes that are posted and will be an avid subscriber to all subsequent episodes! Way to go boys!
