It took me years to feel comfortable in my own body. For years l was considered plump, big as a cow etc. I was diagnosed with a rare type of diabetes in January 2015 called Hormonal Diabetes Type 2. I went from 215lbs to 157lbs in over3 years.


I look forward to the new episode every week. This is the only podcast I listen to weekly. I love the message, and I always feel like they’re telling me exactly what I need to hear to keep growing and to get to the next step in my journey of food freedom and body love!
