Evidence based helpful infomration
I have been following Jade for years now and I have to say, I have such admiration for the work he does and has done over the years. His no nonesense approach to helping us understand our bodies, comples and unique metabolisms is helpful beyond meausre. As a practitioner myself, I appreciate that he backs up his staements and recommendations with evidence, both anacdodal/ clinical and documented. The content he offers in his podcast and on his sight has helped thousands and is a great tool for anyone wanting to understand their body a little bit better.
Most Knowledgeable Man
I have followed Dr. Jade for several years and he is by far the most knowledgeable man on menopause. It is almost impossible to find honest, helpful advice on this stage of life and Dr. Jade is amazing. I am completing my Doctorate in Health Science with a focus on using fitness and nutrition to help with menopausal symptoms and Dr. Jade is my go to resource for both me and my clients. With science backed research and proven strategies Dr. Jade is the only one I trust for this information.
