Helpful with all relationships and communications
I was amazed at how big of an impact the Live a Brighter Life curriculum has had on how I deal with the people around me. Getting clear on my personal boundaries and how I enforce them, as well as learning how to deliver a “positive no” to important people in my life has helped me improve my relationship with others and my relationship with myself.
I now feel like I have the tools to more clearly define how I show up in the world without having to appear angry or confrontational when I am sticking up for what I believe in. I definitely have more improvements to make on how I use the LABL material, but I am looking forward to the changes I will be making in the future.
