Encouragement to leap into the fire

I just listened to ep. 208 and have such deep, all-encompassing gratitude for being able to listen at the feet of two of my most dear and treasured mentors (even though we’ve not met in person - yet! :), Elizabeth and Martha ❤️ I’m so glad to be alive on the planet at the same time as you! Thank you for sharing your hearts, your souls, and your deep wisdom with the world. PS: go get ‘em, Hope…that poem at the end was magic 🌟🙌

Ableist

I’ve only listened to a few episodes but she has a very ableist view on overcoming mental struggles. Felt like basically a “just think it away” attitude from the author herself- but the guests she brings on the show are awesome and insightful.
