Good, solid Interval training
These are great programs. Both are pretty attainable for anyone, and they have good upbeat music, some great instruction, without too much talking. A wonderful way to give a bit of a boost to your walking program.
Great for Interval First-Timers
These are great podcasts for those who have never walked with high energy intervals. The music is pleasant enough, but most importantly, there is just enough talk and encouragement. No cheerleaders or over-the-top motivational speakers here!
